We are delighted to share and celebrate a string of new business wins, worth over £500k, as well as simultaneously growing our team to further strengthen our creative prowess and PR capabilities with the appointment of a new head of service and manager role.
We have welcomed numerous new clients, including: Reed in Partnership, Health Call, Dalton Park, Proxismart, Hello Future, Corporate & Commercial Business Solutions and Sunderland City Council to grow our existing client base over recent months.
These contract wins come at a time when many sectors have faced turbulent operating periods, whilst others have seen agile diversification. In response to their evolving needs, the Narrative team has assisted in developing and expanding clients’ strategies and brands to underpin business continuity.
Kieron Goldsborough, managing director at Narrative, said: “These unprecedented times have had a knock-on effect across all industries, and businesses have faced challenges like never before.
“We have continued to service the needs of our clients, adapting with them as they explored new avenues and strategies. Our new clients are the result of some successful competitive tenders and several recommendations stemming from our reputation as champions of professional marketing, an ethos which remains unfaltering in our own strategy.”
Kieron continued: “Our new clients are not only great to work with – embarking on exciting projects such as Sunderland Smart City and the promotion of their 5G city-wide implementation across Sunderland, launching a Dragon’s Den backed app in Sunderland, and being part of a huge campaign across Northern England to roll out the government funded Work & Health Programme JETS (Job Entry Targeted Support) scheme mobilising 50,000 local people into local jobs.”
Clients including Proxismart and Sunderland City Council have been blown away by our professional and smart approach to driving engagement and coverage.
Chris Reed, founder of Dragon backed ProxiSmart Ltd, said, “I was looking for an agency that could not only deliver from a creative point of view, but who could get into and be part of the life blood of our business. They needed to understand and deliver on our vision, become part of our culture, interpret our ideas and deliver a complex suite of messages to very different target audiences. What I got surpassed my expectations.
“Narrative feels like an inhouse marketing department and that level of integration and delivery can only be achieved through empathy, professionalism, communication and ultimately talent. I can’t recommend them highly enough”
Dawn Harrison, Smart City Programme Manager at Sunderland City Council, said: “Narrative listened to our vision and reflected this in the brand work and all subsequent written and designed elements. They have shown a real understanding of our internal processes/protocols and are highly adaptable to meet the requirements of the project and the organisation.
“Always professional in their approach to presenting back to us with clear and transparent processes in relation to costings, they are passionate about delivering high quality work.”
We have further strengthened our expertise with the appointment of renowned creative leader, Tony Lowe, who recently joined us as Head of Creative and brings over 30 years’ experience.
Reinforcing our creative offering represents just one successful arm of the business for which we are known. We have also enjoyed growth in our PR and Digital teams with the appointment of Nicola Hall who joined as PR & Communications Manager in November, with finely tuned expertise in SEO, content strategy and digital PR; and Matthew Bryson who joins the team this month as Senior Web Developer, with over 10 years’ experience working in web development, analytics and CRO testing.
Our expanding team of experts offer marketing support via multiple disciplines under one roof, delivering a unique four-step process which sees its projects through from initial discovery and planning to delivery and evaluation.
Each of the new clients will benefit from our full-service offering, meaning they can leverage the entire team’s extensive knowledge and experience across marketing, PR, creative, digital, media planning and publishing, depending on their individual requirements. This post was created on 10th February 2021
