CCBS Group

Corporate and Commercial Business Solutions Group (CCBS) are a North East powerhouse for financial consultancy and debt recovery.

We began working with CCBS in 2020 to support them with an outsourced Marketing Manager who could organise and generate marketing activities as well as provide consistency on approach and insight in to the performance of marketing for the Group.

Objectives included:

  • Marketing audit and subsequently improvements to design and copy of current marketing materials
  • Lead on marketing planning and reporting
  • Provide admin and support for the team relating to communications with stakeholders on a range of channels
  • Maintain quality of relationships with stakeholders through consistent, timely and engaging content
  • Grow database of contacts
  • Inject creativity and innovation to stand out in the marketplace

 

Our activity 

Although mostly working at a distance during lockdowns, Aimee integrated in to the team by attending regular meetings and away days and learning all about the business and its stakeholders, as well as the plans for the business’ future.

We began by completing an audit of all current communications materials and channels to identify the fixes required. This was reported to the client and a plan to bring the brand in to alignment on all materials was created.

Customer journeys were mapped for each stakeholder and communications identified at each stage for either revision or introduction. This included email marketing, social media, direct marketing and website content as well as PR and advertising opportunities.

A monthly report was introduced so that the whole team could have visibility on the sales and marketing efforts.

 

Results

Since working together to improve marketing and operations, the average volume of deals completed each month has tripled and the number of leads in each month has doubled.

After the first few months of the contract, the client increased the retainer due to their satisfaction with the support and ideas provided.
