They offer a range of services, from temporary and permanent recruitment to full service recruitment outsourcing. The mission, vision and values of a business support the marketing intrinsically – if your employees don’t know who you are and what you’re trying to do, then how will your customers? We supported Solutions to develop their mission, vision and values through staff workshops and collating the information and analysing in order to extract common themes.
Narrative now work with Solutions Recruitment on a retainer basis, providing PR, creative and social media management support. Our PR and Content Team meet monthly with key members of staff to gain an understanding of their roles and gather information about upcoming stories, key milestones and company achievements; demonstrating our commitment to acting as an extension of the Solutions Recruitment team. We have also extended our services to Solutions’ clients to aid recruitment for a range of industries through social media advertising, candidate brochure design and digital consultancy.
Using insights and monthly analysis, we have been able to adapt content, timings of posts and target key influencers in order to grow Solutions Recruitment’s social media presence. Overall, we have improved key stakeholder relationships and increased brand awareness and most importantly, brand engagement to encourage candiate and client acquisition and retention.
